Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Returns
Since we specialize in small quantities and made to order products. We do not accept returns unless due to manufacturing issues, in which case, you'll be eligible for free replacement. You have 14 days from date of delivery to report those issues to us. However, manufacturing issues does not include cosmetic blemishes and/or damages during transit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at contact@cbbplanet.com or on Discord. If manufacturing defect is justified, we’ll send you replacement at no additional charge.

Order cancellations
For pre-orders and in stock items, order cancellations will be charged with a 5% processing fee for US orders and 8% for international orders. 

For all made to order services and products, there will be no cancellation allowed.
